About Company:
Pickwick Estates are a South London based Estate Agent with offices in 2 locations. They have around 200 properties to let or sell at any time.

Project:
Pickwick Estate retained us to create both a front-end website and a back-end database to manage their clients and properties. Once the project had been completed, additional extensions were added, such as a key holding management system and automated buyer notification system.

Results:

Website, Front-end
We created an attractive, easy to navigate site. www.pickwickestates.co.uk was designed around their business processes for sales and lettings. As such, the site is capable of hosting large scale images without impacting on speed. The CMS was designed to easily update on a regular basis, as and when properties are added and removed.

Potentials buyers and renters can book viewings online. The website is linked to the staff’s internal Outlook calendars, so only available booking slots are shown.

Website, Back-end
The website can efficiently automate the on boarding of new buyers and sellers. The internal system is built to allow the sales team to manage clients and properties, and communicate with contacts via email. The back-end has pre-built HTML templates to create and send official letters in PDF format.

External Integrations
Properties are available to view on various agent websites with minimal admin. We implemented the API portals to transfer property listing data from Pickwick Estate to websites including RightMove, PrimeLocation and Zoopla. This integration allows for real-time updates from the back-end of the system onto the agent websites. Daily feed files are also generated and sent through.
